Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Oh LORD, Our God!
How Wonderful and Excellent is Your Holy Name!
And How Present and Eternal Your Word,
Even To This Day!
Abba Father, You Alone Are Worthy,
You Alone Are Lord,
The One True God of Abraham,
The Eternal Rock of Ages,
The Ancient of Days!
It Is You Who Created The Vast Singularities of Space
With A Single Word,
And It Is You Who Knit Each One of Us
In The Secret Place Of our Mother's Womb.
You Created Each Atom,
And You Control The Movement of The Stars.

Abba, We Thank You For Your Promises,
Which Are Eternal,
And For Your Mercies,
Which are New Every Morning!

For the Sake of Your Anointed,
and For The Sake of Your Name,
We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem,
For Israel,
According to Your Word,
and Your Promise.

We Pray For Our President,
And other Leaders of Our Beloved USA
May They Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

If Today's Psalm seems familiar to you, that's because it is very similar to Psalm 14, which we have already studied. They both open with the same line, have a similar structure, and express the same thought. One important difference is that in Psalm 53, God's overwhelming of the wicked is expressed the the past tense. This takes an enormous amount of faith for David, who continually felt pressure on all sides from his enemies. He looked upon the Salvation of God as a fait accompli, even though his personal circumstances may have said otherwise.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
