Isn’t sola scriptura great?

Sola scriptura is a doctrine that is not, in the words of the Westminster Confession of Faith 1.6 "expressly set down in Scripture". .
It is a relatively recent tradition and there are other recent traditions like Prima scriptura, which is upheld by Anglicanism and Methodism.
