According to Webster’s New World Dictionary, 4th Edition, the word “pagan”, 1. States: “ a person who is not a Christian, Muslim, or Jew.”

Polytheism is anyone that believes in the existence of multiple gods. Pagan is one that follows polytheism.

Given allahu akbar means Allah is greats (of all gods)
It means Christian and Judaism god is cast out. One god will be recognized all other gods will not be recognized.

Muslims say there is only "one god" means your god is not accepted by our belief. Websters either intentionally or unintentionally miss understands Islam.

It's all about the moon rock they worship to this day.

Ancient cultures allowed for exchange by accepting the gods of one another and enforced submission by denying the other gods.

At Mecca, an exchange point along trade routes, the ancient, pre-Islamic tradition was to worship different gods at the moon rock, perhaps a meteorite called the "black stone.".

Then came Mohammed who banished all other gods, saying his god was supreme and thus forcing worship of his god at the black stone. Basically, he took over the preexisting religions, co-opting various parts of them into his own for legitimacy and submission.

So, no, Islam is not monotheistic, it is what we might call supertheistic, which demands one god over the others, (such as the Babylonian Marduk).

Also, people don't seem to understand the roots of Islam, which are explicated pretty thoroughly in this passage from Surah XXI (The Prophets).

56. He said: Nay! your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Who brought them into existence, and I am of those who bear witness to this.

57. And, by Allah! I will certainly do something against your idols after you go way, turning back.

58 So he broke them into pieces, except the chief of them that haply they may return to it.

In other words Ibrahim (Abraham) is an idolater according to The Koran and Islam.

In the same way that Mohammed cleared the Kaaba of "all" the idols, save one, whom he admonished the Arabs of Mecca to worship.

Calling anyone who's not Jewish, Christian, or Muslim a pagan is problematic for a number of reasons.

One being, as I've already delineated, the fact that Islam is grafted upon a pre-existing pagan belief system embraced by the Quraysh and other pre-Islamic peoples in the Arabian peninsula.

Secondly, it consigns those people who hold monotheistic beliefs, but who aren't Jews, Muslims, or Christians, to a category that explicitly excludes people who adhere to monotheism.

Except for Islam. Which is the concept of Muhammad being the last prophet and recognizes the other religions prophets though they have no respect for them.
