I guess we get a pass on the NON-serious ones; the ones that are NOT in the 'list'; right? I will tell you what frustrated me, when I was a normal clueless Catholic, so MANY decades ago. I asked NUMEROUS priests for a list of mortal sins and venial sins. I wanted to sin, but I didnt want to mess with the big M (mortal sin) and none of these dudes could tell me the difference between the two. As a result, I just figured I would go and sin till I was blue in the face. 😁
