There’s nothing to explain. Jesus was celibate. Either imitating Christ’s lifestyle by freely-chosen celibacy is DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED TO SCRIPTURE or it isn’t.
Exuse me. I was not talking about just the celibacy issue in the RCC. I’m talking about ALL the doctrines and traditions of men that crown the RCC’s belief system.
Forbidding priests to marry? Where is that found in Scripture? And don’t even get me started on the RCC doctrine and traditions of Mary. She was so,less? REALLY? When she died she was resurrected and now stands by God’s throne and intercede for the saints? REALLY? Which Scripture says that?
When something is claimed to be from God, we are told to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES to see if those things are so. NOT leaf through some
