First, there are plenty of other day care centers around to apply to.
This is a set up and I’d bet everything I won it’s going to be lawsuit time.
As for the claim of wanting a *Christian* education for their children, they can teach them themselves.
It’s the responsibility of the parents in the first place.

When I saw this story, my first thought was about HS organizations and co-ops. Most around here require either a signed statement of faith, or a statement acknowledging that you understand the group’s mission. That’s being up front and honest.
In a similar way, this church was being up front and honest with these women, just by telling them the daycare wouldn’t be a good fit for this child.
