Which happens at the end of the Tribulation.

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first” (1Th 4:16).

If the Rapture supposedly happens in secret then what's with the shouting and horn tooting? Only Christians will hear it? Will CNN and MSNBC cover it? Will Jim Acosta be reporting?

The Rapture doesn't happen in secret and it occurs before the Tribulation begins. I doubt that CNN will be reporting the event. CNN is a likely source for broadcasting the Great Lie which will be offered to explain away the sudden disappearance of hundreds of millions and disturbances to all graveyards across the planet.

The Lord Christ will descend from the Third Heaven down into the first Heaven to call out His Bride.

After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
