It is not. I am just saying the confession of sins to a priest isn’t Biblical. Why would anyone have an issue with becoming a law?
the new testament is part of the bible. What does it mean in John Whose sins you shall forgive they are forgiven. Whose sions you shall retain they bare retained?
Are the apostles not comparable to modern day priests. We know Jesus said do this in memory of me about the last supper. Isn’t the forgiveness statement the same thing.
Are these admonitions not meant to be passed down through the next generations??
