At Washington's National Day of Prayer on Thursday, President Donald Trump promised to protect the right of faith-based adoption and foster care agencies to not place children with same-sex couples.
"My administration will preserve the central role of faith-based adoption and foster care agencies to care for vulnerable children while following their deeply held beliefs," said Trump.
Asked what so-called same-sex marriage is, a young girl responded, "When a boy and a boy get married and a girl and a girl get married."
Apart from being immoral, such agencies believe same-sex parenting psychologically harms children. Sociologist and Catholic priest Fr. Paul Sullins, Ph.D., has the facts.
"Allowing children to be adopted by persons living in such unions would actually mean doing violence to these children," said Sullins at a conference in 2013.
Well-respected researcher, Sullins was cited at the U.S. bishops' November assembly in Baltimore.
Based on data from the Center for Disease Control's National Health Interview Survey of U.S. children from 1997 to 2013, Sullins concluded that children raised by same-sex couples reported nearly twice the number of emotional problems as children raised in a heterosexual environment.
Based on Sullins' findings, it appears that Trump's backing of faith-based agencies to reject same-sex parenting isn't simply a matter of religious rights but about protecting the welfare of children.

I DO NOT believe that for a minute. Try TEN-FOLD, at least in the wealthy suburb that I grew up in. We certainly were not into weirdos.

Of course. But harming kids seems to be a penchant among the ‘woke’ politically correct crowd.
Fathering is different from mothering. It is normal for a baby to have a father and a mother. This is how we are, and denying it is stupid. The baby doesn’t need two fathers or two mothers. One of each.
The ultimate abomination is when a same sex couple produces a baby (obviously not the normal way). That is completely against nature and should never be allowed!

I know a guy who in his 30’s, decided he was gay and left his wife. For some reason, he got custody (or she agreed it) of the kids
Since then, its been a parade of male boyfriends, partners and “roommates” through the house.
12 years on, The boy has major issues with learning, and the girl is severely overweight and has depression issues.

The speaker at my nieces Law School graduation in a couple weeks is a Judge guy who has “husband” and 2 “kids”..(Got “Gay marriage” forced on Oregonians).Tried to figure out how to get out of going...solved when our favorite cousin who was WW2 bomber flyer died, and family scheduled memorial for same date 3 hours away.
Oh gee, since nature provides for opposite sex parents, and that expectation is built into the DNA of the immature developing child, then certainly NOTHING can go wrong when the parents are not opposite sex, and the child is not getting parental input from a mommy and a daddy. /sarc
My wife and I attended a reception for a little girl adopted by a lesbian couple. The child was from a war-torn country in Africa, where people were starving and there was no hope. I think the adoption was a good thing for her.

The solution is simple, take their kids away from them and put them into normal homes. And never allow same sec couples the right to adopt.
Furthermore, make the gays undergo conversion therapy - their lifestyle is a choice, they weren’t born this way.

You are sick if you think intentionally depriving a child of either a mother or a father is a good thing. That poor child will always wonder what happened to their missing parent. Children need a mother and a father. Period.
