To pick out one little thing:

In LDS doctrine, to be damned means to be stopped, blocked, or limited in one's progress.

It seems to me that we all 'stop, block, limit' our own progress, all the time. We create our own 'hells', and the hells we create are the only ones that exist.

I think we’ve identified your problem, so allow me to clarify. You do not believe in hell as a reality, so does that mean you doubt Heaven also?
