Thanks for the info.
Now I know a little bit more.
I never made the ‘abb’ connection before. Makes sense.
No, actually, Elsie, that was Jesus Christ speaking, talking to all human beings.
(Keep on studying, there, Elsie, keep on studying!)
You ARE one; right?
Or maybe just a cleverly designed chatbot.
I have detected some very Eliza like responses from you.
Well, better late than never!
Oh? For what?
For trying to pawn off the ultra-liberal, politically-correct, gender-clobbered, based-on-a-very-loose-paraphrase ("The Living Bible"), highly-questionable (by Protestants, Catholics, and Orthodox Christians), "New Living Translation", as a serious, accurate source for an honest, truthful Bible reference.
(You do believe in honesty, don't you?)
(You do believe in honesty, don't you?)
The way it's written:
(You do believe in honesty, don't you?)
There IS a lack of Catholic translators in the list of folks who DID this AWFUL! 'translation' !!!
Elsie if a rc used any Bible translation instead of that cursed catechism they would be saved born again Christians and not worried about silly little word games.
I'd be curious what "Resplendant car" means. Also, "Morning Star" is suspect since it was Satan who was named that (see Isaiah 14:12).
Holding onto dead body parts is disgusting.
Idolizing them is very seriously violating God’s commands in many areas and very dangerous.
There can be spiritual attachments to such items and worshiping them, or *venerating* them if you prefer, is venturing onto very dangerous spiritual territory.
Venerating is worshipping. Do not let them get away with their word games...
That's not what Joseph of Arimathea thought on Good Friday.
But then again, who pays attention to Scripture?
Burying a body is NOT the same as preserving and *venerating* aka worshiping, body parts of dead people. Joseph of Arimathea buried Christ, he did not preserve the body and put it on display for gawkers.
Can’t even say *Nice try* for that one.
It was pretty weak.
thanks for posting...I see the anti-catholics are going wild on this thread...LOL...
