I've been thinking about doing this post for a while now, but in the last days it seems to have been calling me to finally say something.
As a Christian nation, America had little problem with what to think about the Jews. They were scattered at the time of the Revolution so I'm sure our Founders thought of Israel in a "spiritual" sense as they read their Bibles. But today, we have fulfilled prophesy of Eze 37 sitting on a map for the whole world to see and they are surrounded by every enemy conceivable.
The best place to start with this is at the beginning so I'll go to Genesis 12:2-3. This is the blessing of Abraham and his descendants and a warning to those that would curse them. God's plan was to save the world through the seed of the woman in Gen 3:15 and that seed was chosen to go through Abraham. We had seen Noah saved, yet everyone else destroyed because Noah's seed was "perfect". The Sons of God had defiled the seed and had to be destroyed in Gen 6:1.
Abraham had a son named Ishmael, but he was not elected to the seed line, so Abraham sent him packing. His descendants today are the Arabs. Isaac had twin sons, Jacob and Esau, but God said Jacob I have loved and Esau I have hated in Malachi 1:2-3. Jacob was elected and Esau was cursed. Esau later founded the Edomites and was cursed forever to be Israel’s enemy. The incestuous relations of Lot’s daughters produced Moabites and they would forever be cursed. The Canaanites were descendants of the Nephilim and were destined to be destroyed so Israel could take possession of the Promised Land.
So what do we see with this history of Israel and its enemy’s? God has a covenant with Israel and promised them a parcel of land in a particular place and nothing or nobody could change that because God would make it happen. A quick look at history shows Egypt was the first Empire written about in Scripture. They enslaved Israel and they were totally destroyed through supernatural means by God. Moses was their redeemer and Pharaoh tried to kill all the Hebrew children by throwing them in the river. Assyria conquered the Jews in the Northern Kingdom and Assyria ended up falling. Babylon next took the Jews of Judah and actually treated them better than others had, but eventually, they too fell this time to Cyrus in Persia. Then the Greeks took Israel and we have the abomination of Desolation spoken of in Maccabees. Of course then we have Rome’s takeover of Israel during the time of Jesus. Some say Rome fell with the Germanic tribes overtaking them, but other historians have trouble marking a date that Rome actually gave up the ghost. Some say it has just spread all over the world and has just morphed into a “broken up” empire like the feet and toes in Daniel’s statue. The point of all of this is Israel is the apple of God’s eye and God will see to it that they have their land and they will be His people.
Haman in Ester wanted to kill all of the Jews and it backfired. Herod tried to kill Jesus with the sword when He was born. The point of all of this, and I’m sure I’m missing much more history is God’s people are blessed by God. I’m sure there are those here that say Israel is NOT God’s people, but I beg to differ. Hitler found that out recently in historical terms that Israel will be God’s set aside people.
Some say the church has replaced Israel as the apple of God’s eye. I don’t see that in Scripture. Hosea was forced to marry a prostitute and she left him. Then God said go after her and purchase her back to yourself. God said that is the way He feels about Israel. God doesn’t break covenant, we do, but he can’t. The biggest “tell” of this is the story of a battle in the Last Days, or “the Time of Jacob’s trouble”. Notice He didn’t say the time of Christian trouble, or the time of church trouble. There will be a 200 million man army lined up against Israel and Jesus will come back with a two edged sword in His mouth and slay them all. The blood will be 6ft deep for 184 miles when He speaks a word. He will have tread the winepress alone. Israel has come back to their homeland. They won’t leave it again. We are in the last days. It won’t be divided up with the Philistines. Every leader that has tried to divide the land is dead.
There is a spirit of Esau that hates Jacob (Israel). It is in the world today. It will be called the spirit of Antichrist and Jesus said it was in the world when He walked the earth. It says that Jesus didn’t come from Heaven in the flesh. The enemies of God want to stop Israel as they have the word of God, they have all the covenants, and they occupy the land that Jesus will rule and reign in for 1000 years when He comes back. When you speak against Israel, you speak against God. If you are adopted by Jacob, then you speak against your brothers. Israel is the family of God and you must be “grafted in” or adopted to get the inheritance promised to Abraham. Anti-Semitism is doomed to failure. In Psalm 2, God even makes fun of people that think they can come against Israel and live.
These people that think they can hate God’s chosen people and live are foolish. We used to know these things, but people don’t read and understand their Bibles today. Knowing all this, why would anyone in America turn on Israel? Israel will no doubt make mistakes, but we dare NOT leave their side. We will be crushed like a bug and your children will suffer and die going against God. We were very close when Obama was POTUS. Trump has bought us a little more time, but look at the new crop of morons coming up to power. If the likes of Ilhan Omar and the ones that came to her aid today stay in power, complete collapse is coming to America. You might say she is just one vote, but it appears that over 100 more came to her side today. Read Exodus to see what happens to Anti-Semites. No crops, dead animals, firstborn dead, soldiers drowned, Locusts, hail, flies, lice, frogs, boils……How about crashed stock market, lost industry, famine, even war with Russia, N.Korea, or even Venezuela. Remember we lost to Viet Nam 50 years ago. A bunch of rice farmers with no nukes. God has ways of making you pay for abortion, drugs, sodomy, and fornication. Anti-Semitism is a symptom of making your home with the enemy. Don’t play with matches in a gasoline refinery.

I was going to add that and Isaiah 43:1—5, but I figured I had droned on enough. I just wanted to show how we are playing with fire as the government and liberals go against Israel. We think Repubs are still in charge, but behinds the scenes, there is evil lurking beyond what carnal eyes can see. This needs to be said and it would help if Trump would make it clear even if it’s from the Twitter. We are dealing in the spiritual realm and the rest of the world is looking carnally at it.
It is unwise to connect these sorts of topics (anti-Semitism, the secular state of Israel) with Biblical notions of the chosen people. The chosen people are the Christians. The scripture is quite clear:
(1) Jesus, whose family fled to Egypt, who fasted 40 days in the wilderness, is spiritual Israel. He mirrored the biography of the Jewish people but prevailed where they did not.
(2) Paul calls Jesus the true seed of promise.
(3) Paul calls Christians the children of Abraham through faith in Christ.
This is accomplished by being joined to Christ, true Israel and the seed of promise. Christ is the head of the Church and believers are the members of His body. But all those who disbelieve, whether Jew or Gentile, is condemned, reprobate, lost in unbelief. No Rabbi who has died an unbeliever is in heaven, and if that is the case, he is not the seed, which is imperishabke and held tight in God’s bosom.

I do not know how it is possible to know of the history of the Jewish people, and be, or remain, an atheist.
What you have said is true up to the point of Christianity, which, as a Jew, despite the fact that I have more than passing knowledge of it, have no visceral, or intellectual acceptance of it beyond the account of a righteous Jewish Rabbi, exhorting the Jewish people to return to the Law. I sincerely hope that does not offend the many good hearted Christian people here, but I can do nothing else. I am a Jew, who by the example of my unswerving obedience to the Law that the G-d of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, My G-D, gave to Me, on Mt. Sinai, has been Chosen to be a light unto the Nations to Illuminate His Law for all the Nations to see, and observe, and be blessed by.
Jews are erroneously described as being very exclusive, and clannish, yet our only function is to follow G-D’s Law, thereby prosper and have Peace, and show the world what good comes of following G-D’s Law. So far, the only people that have accepted and absorbed G-D’s 10 Commandments, other than the Jews, are the Christians. That’s not a bad start. Of course there’s more to the cannon of the Law than Just the 10 Commandments and therein lies the rub, but in essence, it’s a good start.
And clearly it is stated by the G-D of Abraham, Issac, Jacob, and Me, that He will Bless those who Bless Israel, and Curse those who Curse Israel, and it has always been so, and will always be so, until all the families of the Earth have been blessed by Israel.
I wish I could express how wonderful it is to be a Jew, how much it fills the heart and soul to follow G-D’s Law. To rise every morning and recite almost immediately, “I hereby take it upon myself to fulfill the Commandment to Love my Fellow as Myself.” It’s wonderful. Again, I hope I’ve not offended anyone by giving this slight insight into what it is like to be a Jew. I ain’t talkin’ about a liberal G-Dless, JINO here, but a Law abiding Jew.

I can't understand the hostility of your post for a Christian. I'm not a clown for one thing. I made the point that Israel is proof that God exists and I know the history of Israel and I'm certainly not an atheist.
I didn't say you must believe in Jesus as a Jew. I wasn't proselytizing you to change because Christians know God has blinded you in order to graft me into the family. If you were honest, you would know you can't keep all the Law and need grace and mercy. Without a Temple, how does that happen?
Now let my prophesy over you a moment. Some day there will be a 3rd Temple. Israel will rejoice and bring back the sacrificial Temple system. There will be a man that you love that will make all this possible. This same person will one day sit in the Holy of Holies and declare that he is God. He will stop animal sacrifice again. He will mimic the story that you get Hanukkah from. We read Maccabees to get this story.
A Messianic Jew would be a great source to explain the Last Days if you cannot receive from a Christian.
Paul was one of our greatest Apostles because he was educated by Gamaliel, one of the greatest Rabbi's at the time of Jesus. Putting the Tanach and the B'rit Chadashah together is the key to understanding God's message to His people.
It's difficult to say the Torah should be followed to the letter and have sodomites in your military. There are self righteous Jews that believe they are doing good that have fallen off the wagon for decades. There are Jews today slaughtering chickens in the streets of Israel to try to keep the sacrifice system today. Jesus was the Lamb of God given to us by the Father and removed our sins forever onece and for all. He lived a perfect life, He was without blemish, and He was a perfect sacrifice for man that an animal couldn't accomplish. He prophesied that there would not be one stone left on another from the Temple and it came to pass in 70 AD. An earthly temple is no longer needed. There are countless prophesies fulfilled by Jesus so I won't even try to cover them here.
I'm not saying that Jews are right. I'm not saying that Jews won't hurt themselves and others. What I am saying is they are my family in the eyes of God. I am saying that God has put up with their idol worship and sin for thousands of years and continues to do so. God will not give up the Jews anymore than I could give up my daughter.
You say you have been accused of being "clannish and exclusive". Christians say they are set aside, "Holy" and a peculiar people. Following God in a secular world will always call attention to yourself. The families of the world have already been blessed by Israel by producing Jesus. You are the keeper of the Word of God and all the covenants are made with Jews.
I don't want to scare you, but another holocaust is coming. As I described in my original post all Hebrew babies were drowned by Pharaoh because Moses was elected to save Israel. Haman wanted to kill all the Jews in Persia but Ester saved them. over and over Satan wanted to wipe out Israel but God saved the remnant. All of human history will boil down to one man and his followers trying to kill everyone in Israel once again. God will once again come rescue them but the price to be a Jew is high. Christians will be persecuted as well, but Christians that are saved before the Antichrist is revealed will be Raptured out of danger. Just as Noah and his family were protected from God's judgement 7 days before the rain started and Lot was removed from Sodom before the fire fell, the church will be called to meet Jesus in the air before the first seal is cut in Revelation 6. The first seal will be the Antichrist is released on the earth. Then comes the four horsemen. Death and misery will be worldwide. Anyone that accepts Jesus as their substitutionary sacrifice will be taken as the Bride of Christ. The Jews will be left behind to scramble until God comes to save Israel. Now that you know the truth, there is no need for you to meet the Beast.

Another study for Christians to do would be a word study of "the Assyrian" When we read of "The Assyrian" we are reading about the Antichrist. The Pharaoh that forgot Joseph ( a Type of Christ) was Assyrian.
It seems to be uncomfortable for some Christians to study Jewish things, but a comprehensive study of the Leviticus Feast Days will open up the New Testament and the teachings of Jesus to anyone.
A Christian will tell you you can't know when Jesus is coming because it's the day no one knows the day or the hour. But a Jew knows that day is the Feast of Trumpets just as an American knows "Turkey day" is Thanksgiving. The day and month starts as soon as 2 priests observe the New Moon appear. All the other Feast days are in the middle of the month and there is a full or mostly full moon. When they see the first sliver of the new Moon, they start to blow the Trumpet announcing the new day, the new month, and the new year on Tisheri 1. They blow the trumpets for two days as when they were in Babylon it took a couple of days for the news to get there by fires set on the hills every few miles. Scripture says we will all be changed at the "last trump" the Last Trump only happens on Trumpets. The "Great trump" is on Atonement. 1 Thes 5:1-2 is saying Paul is talikng to Jews so they know very well when 1 Thes 4:13-18 will happen. Scripture says we should be watching, but how can you watch if you don't know when He is coming? The first day of Elul starts a month of repentance and fasting before Trumpets on the first of Tisheri. The Jews will continue to repent and fast until Atonement. (because they will be left behind until Judgement day.)

You reminded me about God "not being mentioned" in the Megillah, but of course in the fine orchestration of all the "random" details, He's all over the place. And the scroll of Esther being the place where the words Jew and Jews appear prominently...
The history of the world involves nations desiring and conspiring to wipe out the Jews. Really what it is, is their intent to blot out the face of God from the face of the earth.. to eradicate the God who supposedly does not exist. To see a Jew is to see the existence of God, and so it's "the Jews" this and "the Jews" that, always some accusation. The enemies of the Jews (enemies of God) never stop railing against "the Jews."
Back to God never being mentioned in the Megillah, the place of the reversal of fortunes, where Wile E. Haman was hanged by his own ACME device that he had constructed for Mordecai "the Jew".

The traditional analysis of the letter hei is that it is a composite of the letters dalet and yud. That isn't much of an analysis, as it is simply evident by the letter shapes:
ד + י = ה
So all these complainers and deniers keep yapping about the Jews, such that the word is always on their lips. And then there's the matter of no one really knowing how to pronounce the Tetragrammaton. It got lost somewhere along the way. No Temple, no Holy of Holies... no high priest to pronounce it once a year. Yet somehow the "final hei" will be restored, which represents the kingdom and the Shekhina, being the Divine Presence (the face of God).
