Speaking as a Missouri Synod Lutheran, I consider Cardinal Dolan a sellout. He displays the reason why the Reformation occurred.
Very possibly, the combination of a Socialist/Communist Pope and corrupt liberal Cardinals such as Dolan will trigger a second Reformation.
It is time for Christians...followers of Jesus Christ, not “Organized Religions” to unite to save not only our souls, but those of the unborn, targeted by the liberals.
And, I admit that my own nest was soiled. I was a member of the ELCA, until I saw how liberalism was displacing Christ in favor of cult.

The election of JFK and the advent of Vatican II forever changed the Church, for the worse. Out went Bishop Fulton J Sheen and in came the Hootenanny mass and liberation theology. It's been all downhill since.

I remember watching Bishop Sheen on TV.
I remember when the Latin Mass was stopped.
I remember my aunt crying with sadness when she saw them bring in a guitar to play during mass.

Catholics were a reliable Democrat voting bloc long before Vatican II. It had its roots in showing “solidarity” with Irish immigrants and getting the Church entangled in the Labor Movement with people such as Father Charles Coughlin and Monsignor Charles Owen Rice.
