VATICAN CITY (AP) Nearly all the members of a French religious order of nuns have decided to renounce their vows rather than live under a Vatican commissioner appointed after a dispute with the local bishop.
The Vatican last year suspended the government of the Little Sisters of Marie, Mother of the Redeemer and removed the superior and novice mistress following an investigation apparently sparked by a dispute over the future of homes for the elderly in southern France where the sisters minister.

Sounds like the Church needs reformation. [’again]
What will become of these 34 elderly French Nuns, now that they have renounced their vows? Hopefully, they have already made plans for this.
Conservatives being stamped out by leftist commissars, appointed by Pope Francis and his Vatican:
In other words, the nuns who quit would otherwise be subject to the tyrannical rule of a clip-haired dyke.
They kicked the habit
Good for them...
The. Worst. Pope. Ever.
I’m guessing they could informally still live together, but they would need to vacate church property. I hope some private individuals, or their city, puts some money up to keep them going because, as their mayor pointed out, they are providing an important service in caring for the elderly.
A lot of holy Catholics have been out the outs with Papal or episcopal authority at one point or another. The nuns will win in the end; in this life or the next. And woe to the men who gave them grief.
Apparently they pray too much for the liking of the current regime.
Per Unam Sanctum they have no choice but to obey the dictates of the pope.
No: once again you err. The good sisters were given an either / or choice. And they chose wisely.
YOU. HAVE. NO. CHOICE.

He's one of YOUR popes.
You have no idea of what Catholics "hate". And I don't think you ever will.
You appear to be an illiterate bigot.
Proving yet again, it is usually, though not always, the Roman Catholic who resorts to profanity and/or the personal attack when the argument goes against them.
All I did was quote from one of YOUR pope's writings.
Do your pope's writings upset you that much?
You have no idea of what Catholics "hate". And I don't think you ever will.
From what I've seen from you....you seem to hate your own denomination.
