I’d prefer that the Washington Post NOT get it regarding Evangelicals, as once they get it, they can start to work on breaking that bond with Trump. But too late now. In judging a candidate for the Presidency, we must examine the likelihood that the person will respect and uphold the principles and ideas of the nation's Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of government framed upon the foundations of that Declaration's philosophy.

Given the history of Hillary Clinton's own words and actions over her career and her evident quest for power, her likelihood of total devotion to that Constitution's strict limitations on power seemed unlikely and threatening to thinking Americans who love individual freedom and liberty for all.

Add her expressed contempt for individual citizens (deplorables) who subscribe to the above-described idea about the role of government as laid out by the Constitution, and there you have it.

I believe that at some point in Trump’s life, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior. He is a different man than before.
