Bishop Michael Curry is using the attention he received while presiding over the Royal Wedding to lead a new anti-Trump protest.
According to sources, Curry and other Chrisitan leaders will host a candlelight vigil to protest the dangerous crisis of moral and political leadership at the highest levels of our government and in our churches crises that put the soul of the nation and the integrity of faith at stake.
The event will kick off with a church service beforehand right in front of Lafayette Square, which is across the street from the White House.
Whos going?
Just what Jesus would do, sure. For some, “Christianity” is just a front for political activism, disguising it as something spiritual, which it’s not.
There certainly is a dangerous crisis at the highest levels, but I’d have to disagree as to who created the crisis.
I read the transcript of the wedding sermon, and it was lovely. Then I read that he was to be a part of this anti-Trump demonstration, and now I know he is a trickster, and cannot be trusted. How easily we can be lead away by soft words, spoken by devilish tongues.
This told me the who, the what and the where, but not when.
Is this just an idea being floated or an actual plan?
This showboat Rev. may discover his celebrity from the Royal Wedding doesn’t necessarily transfer over here in the states.
We already have race-baiting so called reverends.
Bishop my ass. The guys a bloody Marxist in a cleric’s robe.
“I read the transcript of the wedding sermon, and it was lovely.”
I am pretty sure that every word was thoroughly vetted ahead of time - unlikely they just gave him a microphone. I do understand that he cited Martin Luther King as much, or more than Jesus in that sermon/speech.
Now that he is off the leash though, he can let his freak flag fly. He may become a disgrace to the Royal Family, that will haunt them for some time. They have given him a platform, based on their credibility.
The Priest Of Hate.
Wow, what a detailed, example-laden complaint. /S
Fake Christians
I thought churches weren’t allowed to be involved in politics lest they lose their 501 status.

Martin Luther King has been made a saint in the Episcopagan Church.
You are correct sir. These so called Christian leaders are wolves 🐺 in sheeps clothing. Maybe what we REALLY need, is to redefine what it means. 👍
He may be riding a wave of popularity now because of the wedding, but this stunt coming up is gonna cost him. Thats real social justice.
I think he was on GMA where he said that he was given a certain amount of time to speak. He admitted that he went over the time. Dude must have gone off script, if there was one to start.
I was persuaded by Curry’s message of love at the wedding. It is indeed what humanity needs in a world were hate is an addictive cancer tearing the world apart.
However, like a Pied Piper leading the children with his appealing tricks, he has a hidden agenda, which Marxists always do, to lead the masses to the tribalism of Marxism.
The comments at the article are good.
Curry is presiding bishop of the Episcopal church, which hasn’t been a Christian organization for many years. TEC is a province of the worldwide Anglican communion, of which the Church of England is another. The newly minted Duchess of Sucoutash became an Anglican in order to marry the Prince of Dubious Parentage.
“Preside”!?! Ah, no. That honor belonged, as always, to the Archbishop of Canterbury.
