They have to make a joke out of everything. Weird blasphemy calls for reparation.

I now have quite a few emails in my box about the fashion gala
gay-la?
in NYC inspired by ecclesiastical dress of all kind, aided and abetted by the Vatican.
It was a night that would have made any Jesuit swell with pride.
Here is something of the inside story of how the Mets Costume Institute convinced the authorities in Rome to cooperate. HERE
Ive now seen photos from the gay-la. HERE I warn you. Its the perfect storm of ugly, stupid, vulgar, creepy, sacrilegious and also blasphemous. It is perverse. I suspect you can find better taste at ComicCon.

Ealgeone: Yall are falling apart.
Ebb Tide: Nope, it’ll never happen.
Megan: Why not? It happened in 1517 so it can obviously happen again.

Tell that to your current pope.

We’re of one accord here. I agree that Pope Benedict is still the legitimate Pope.
I’m not a Catholic but I absolutely respect this man as a Christian leader.

Wow. Just. Wow. That's some organization ya'll are running there.
Sorry, but you don't get to pick the pope. Not really sure who does in Roman Catholicism as you say the Holy Spirit is not involved in the process.
Kinda puts ya'll in a mess when you rely upon man's judgment.
But you keep protesting....Luther would be proud of his modern day protege.

This is the worst persecution that can come up in America? Some people who are famous for being famous wear some really tacky dresses?
We should count ourselves blessed that’s the worst that’s happening. Yeesh.

It's comical to see you protesting like the very man you despise.
We're getting quite a chuckle out of it.

Catholicism is collapsing before your very eyes and y’all are on the deck with the band playing on, denying that the ship is going down.
Never say never.
