You don’t need the freaking Catholic church or some Bishop dictating who deserves communion and who doesn’t. Nobody put him in charge except for the Catholic Corporation.
So basically it’s a country club. And if somebody doesn’t follow the rules of the Catholic church then they kicked kicked out of the country club. I get it

Good to know Catholics subscribe to the "plain meaning" of one verse somewhere. Of course, they still regard the Hebrew Bible as primitive mythology, so it's still rank hypocrisy.
