Yup, its not for sure. My fam and I spent two years as expats in China, lived in Shanghai, my kids attended Concordia International School which is Lutheran and we attended a nondenominational church. The Chinese government never bothered anybody attending either the school or church. However, only those on a passport were allowed to attend. Interestingly, while we ere there the Vietnamese government invited Concordia to open a international school in Hanoi. And, some of the teachers in the Shanghai school joined the startup team. Go figure....
