Yup. That seems to be what Jesus was saying here...
John 6:25-40
25 When they found him on the other side of the lake, they asked him, Rabbi, when did you get here?
26 Jesus answered, Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. 27 Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.
28 Then they asked him, What must we do to do the works God requires?
29 Jesus answered, The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.
30 So they asked him, What sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? 31 Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written: He gave them bread from heaven to eat.[c]
32 Jesus said to them, Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.
34 Sir, they said, always give us this bread.
35 Then Jesus declared, I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. 36 But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. 37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. 38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. 39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. 40 For my Fathers will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.
Decades; nay; CENTURIES of study has been (and will be) argued about until that day finally DOES occur.
It's just that the Bible has SO much info on all three concepts; that folks can pick which ever one they like and hold to it like a snappin' turtle until lightning strikes!!! (or it thunders)
HMMMmmm...
Kinda like a trinity that we can't really wrap our minds around.
As Satan thrashes and flails harder and harder, we can assume the time is getting nearer....
The term translated 'many mansions' with the KJV in fact refers to rooms, as in temporary lodging rooms.
To discern other aspects of the issue one must consult other passages in scripture from men whom JESUS sent Holy Spirit inspiration to.
If one starts with the focus that all of Scripture preserved by Holy Spirit protection is true, what seem to be contradictory passages melt into understanding that a single truth can be viewed from several positions without the Truth being eroded. The twinkle of a diamond may be observed from several positions, but the diamond remains the same regardless.
"Eschew! Eschew!"
But it would seem that the trend these days within the majority of professing Christendom, is to join in on the mocking of those who believe in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture and literal understanding of future events as laid out in the Bible.
The issue with the 'end times' watchers, is that they are watching for and anticipating the end times teachings from the end times house of merchandise.
Forty and six years was that temple in building, beginning with the seminal work of Hal Lindsey, the "father of modern-day Bible prophecy": The Late Great Planet Earth, which was first published in 1970.
"A penetrating look at incredible prophecies involving this generation."
It most certainly IS the end-times generation, which is why all these prophecy teachers and their devoted pupils will be blindsided. The irony is thick with this one. Meanwhile, a lot of folks deride the Jews of then as well as the Jews of today, for placing faith in the words of their sages.
Flipped over story, as the NT wise men came from east. In the first century these were Gentiles. The tables have turned.
John 2
14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.

When Congress certified the election of Donald J. Trump on January 6, 2017, it marked the completion of 70 years of the political Establishment to the very [Hebrew] day: 8 Tevet, the day the 70 was completed, i.e. the LXX, the "Gentile" [Greek] Torah. Known by its Roman numerals, no less.
All in the timing, and placement:
On arrival at Alexandria, the translators were greeted by the king and given a sumptuous banquet. They were then closeted in a secluded house on the island of Pharos close to the seashore, where the celebrated 110 m. high lighthouse, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, had just been finished.

The Pharos of Alexandria was the prototype for all the lighthouses of the world. But who's paying any attention.
The end of Truman's conference:
Q. The state of war will have to be terminated by Congress, Mr. President?
THE PRESIDENT. By Congress. The emergency has to be terminated by Congress. Happy New Year to you all!
Reporters: Happy New Year!
Happy New year indeed, the emergency was terminated by Congress, 70 years later to the day:
U.S. Congress certifies Trump's Electoral College victory
The Tanakh ends with the words of Cyrus king of Persia, the "Gentile Messiah":
2 Chr 36
23. Thus said Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth has the Lord God of heaven given me; and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah; Whoever is among you of all his people, the Lord his God be with him, and let him go up:
The Christian Bibles have a different order to the books, therefore the "Old Testament" ends on this note for the Christian reader:
Mal 4
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
