A savior is one who brings salvation.
To meet God in heaven, one needs to be free of sin.
So one that dies in mortal sin does not gain salvation, and one goes to Purgatory to cleanse oneself of venial sins.
Mary was sinless and was assumed in Heaven.
Since Mary was sinless, why wouldn’t she be able to receive God’s graces? Hail Mary, Full of Grace denotes that Mary has received the great gift of God’s grace. “The Lord is with you.”
You can be a denier or a believer. A mother can worry about her child without it being a sin. Check out Simeon’s Prophecy (Luke2:25-35)and ask why would God tell Mary about the future suffering she will endure?
ooops
Good going except MORTAL SIN ===> TO HELL. do not pass go
[ that’s the hangup with sinning :((
That would be Christ and not Mary.
To meet God in heaven, one needs to be free of sin.
No. One needs faith in Christ and the forgiveness of sins. No created being, including Mary, was ever free of sin.
24Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. John 5:24 NASB
So one that dies in mortal sin does not gain salvation, and one goes to Purgatory to cleanse oneself of venial sins.
There are no "mortal sins" that separate you from Christ.
13When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, 14having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Colossians 2:13-14 NASB
The security of the believer is evidenced by the gift of the Holy Spirit Who seals us in Him.
13In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvationhaving also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of Gods own possession, to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:13-14 NASB
Since Mary was sinless, why wouldnt she be able to receive Gods graces?
Mary was indeed a sinner like you and I.
Any believer in Christ receives God's grace.
Hail Mary, Full of Grace denotes that Mary has received the great gift of Gods grace. The Lord is with you.
No it doesn't as noted on these threads. It is based on a bad translation of the Greek.
Is the Lord not with all believers?
Grace is not in effect unless there is sin.
If Mary was full of grace, it was because she was a sinner.
People don’t go to hell because they have mortal sin. They go to hell because they have rejected God’s offer of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
When we accept Him, then God FORGIVES us ALL our sins and transfers us into the kingdom of Jesus Christ. We are saved at that point. IOW, NOT going to hell.
No born again/born from above believer is going to hell. Ain’t happening.
Two conjectures in one sentence!
An assertion based on an assumption.
Keep cranking out these illogical statements.
