Many if not all arguments against Christianity or claiming God doesn’t exist are dependent on realities predicted by the Bible.
One the replies at the source bothered me. They wrote that to understand the New Testament you needed to know the Old Testament.
Does that apply to salvation? I can learn about God’s grace in the NT as a gentile and don’t really need to know all of the Torah to live righteously.
Although God’s response to nationally legalized child sacrifice is in the Old Testament but not the new.
