In his view D.C. is a series of monuments to Hermetic Christianity; the Virgo/Pisces orientation of the city he believes invokes the Mary/Jesus apotheosis of the genders.
In the horoscope for April 21, 1791, the day the foundation stone for Washington D.C. was laid Jupiter was rising at 23 degrees Virgo. October 13, 1792, the day the stone for the White House was laid, the moon conjunct North node was at 23 degrees Virgo. Ovason writes: “On September 18th, 1793, when President George Washington in his role as Grand Master laid the foundation stone for the Capitol the Sun was in 24 degrees of Virgo, and thus reflected the Virgoan nature of the new city. When the cornerstone for the Washington Monument was laid July 4th, 1848, the moon went into Virgo; more importantly, the north node was at 25 Virgo.”
Why this degree of Virgo? “According to medieval Arab astrologers,” Ovason explains, “this degree had a particular importance: it marked that point in the zodiac where the Moon was thought to promote the greatest happiness and well-being. We must presume, then, that the intention behind the choice of moment was that this beneficial influence would be transmitted into Washington, D.C.” Ovason writes that on August 10, 1791 the three fixed stars Arcturus, Regulus and Spica rose at sunset, forming a celestial triangle that inspired the design of the city’s Federal Triangle.
Spica, from the Latin spīca virginis, “Virgo’s ear of grain,” has a history in Hermetic circles. In his Three Books of Occult Philosophy, Cornelius Agrippa connected Spica with Hermes Trismegistus. He also described a talisman with the image of a bird and a man carrying goods, which, according to Agrippa, “…conferreth riches, and maketh one overcome contentions, it taketh away scarcity and mischief.”

Might as well let the other cat out of the bag. While he was on the Moon, Brother Aldrin claimed our lunar neighbor for the Masonic jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Texas. Aldrin was a member of Clear Lake Lodge # 1417 in Texas when he stepped onto the surface of the Moon. He carried a special deputation from the Grand Master to claim it as being in the territorial jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Texas.
In the wake of Aldrin's Masonic space mission, the Grand Lodge of Texas formed Tranquility Lodge No. 2000, named after Tranquility Base, the location of Apollo 11's landing. According to the lodge website,
On July 20, 1969, two American Astronauts landed on the moon of the planet Earth, in an area known as Mare Tranquilitatis , or "Sea of Tranquility". One of those brave men was Brother Edwin Eugene (Buzz) Aldrin, Jr., a member of Clear Lake Lodge No. 1417, AF&AM, Seabrook, Texas. Brother Aldrin carried with him SPECIAL DEPUTATION of then Grand Master J. Guy Smith, constituting and appointing Brother Aldrin as Special Deputy of the Grand Master, granting unto him full power in the premises to represent the Grand Master as such and authorize him to claim Masonic Territorial Jurisdiction for The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Texas, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, on The Moon, and directed that he make due return of his acts. Brother Aldrin certified that the SPECIAL DEPUTATION was carried by him to the Moon on July 20, 1969.

America (USA) does seem to fit the description of “Babylon” in Rev. 18. The verses 15-19 describe a city much like NYC. And as a nation, our ports, and shipping connected to them, have made America wealthier than any other nation. East coast, west coast, and gulf coast. What nation even comes close?
Babylon, Iraq is the Babylon the Bible is mentioning. You can fit almost any other city in the world into that prophesy.
The ruins of Babylon of the Bible are over 250 miles from the nearest seaport. The USA is the world’s largest economy and largest importer. NYC is the leading focal point of it all, and is right there on the coast.
Sunday schools and church bodies as a whole are taught very little geography. Most folks don’t think it’s important. It can be if a biblical story is misrepresented. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard someone talk about Jonah being vomited out of the whale, after being in it three days and nights, and walking into Nineveh, pale and stinking.
Nineveh was over 400 air miles from the Mediterranean Sea. It likely took Jonah a couple of weeks to get there. He probably looked and smelled quite normal by then.

So are many other countries. The US is not mentioned anywhere in the Bible, why, because the books of the Bible were written in an area that at that time was considered the world. The authors of the different books OT and NT did not know of countries outside the Roman empire.
There is proof of middle eastern trade with the Far East centuries before the Roman Empire. So I’m sure the prophets and apostles were not ignorant of far away lands.
The judgment of God is not against the lands, but against sin. The people of the lands are what are bring God’s judgment, no matter where the people happen to be living. The origins of the people begins with Adam.
I believe that the seven churches in Revelation are spoken of in a spiritual sense. They are the seven golden candlesticks (1:20). In heaven there are “seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the the seven Spirits of God” (4:5). These “seven Spirits of God are sent forth into all the earth” (5:6).
God told Moses (when instructed to make the tabernacle), that it was to be an “example and shadow of heavenly things”, and “that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount” (Heb. 8:5).
The reason for explaining all this is that there is no mention of burning one candle, putting it out when lighting the next, and so on until lighting the seventh. But that is what theologians have taught for centuries: that the seven churches are each during a certain period of time; with the most recent ones declaring this to be the Laodician church age.
I believe them to be wrong. The seven candles were to all burn at the same time. I believe the seven Spirits of God are still here on earth, with examples of the seven churches still found around the world, with no border that can keep them out.
The OT points to the Messiah in the NT. All else on prophesy is interpretation by different people. The thing to do is always watch Israel, that’s where it’s all going to happen.

The fact is that Russia has been practicing mass nuclear bombing of the United States since Bill Clinton was president. America is Babylon.
Putin’s Russia could destroy America, but would he be willing to sacrifice losing a few cities as well?
I wonder if God’s judgment would be earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. With military attack just a mop up. We don’t know.
I do know we had a president that went to Africa and rebuked a nation(s) that doesn’t approve of homosexual behavior. I can’t picture Putin doing that.
I just find it difficult to connect the dots (stars) and come up with a man, or a woman, or a lion, or etc. I mean, they don’t even have a star at each major joint, where you could make a decent stickman.

Masonic founders may have oriented Washington around Virgo
