The Sacrament of Penance is always readily available to them, if they decide on true repentance for their sins and a firm resolve to sin no more. But pertinacious sinners can't be pampered to.

Using your logic unrepentant rapists, child-molesters, homosexuals, murderers, abortionists, et al, should not be denied the sacraments.

They are welcome in the church, but are advised against communion. Again sacred scripture warns in 1 Corinthians 11:29 For he who eats and drinks unworthily eats and drinks damnation on himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

Again denying them communion is an act of love, trying to keep them away from additional sin. The associated scandal of the sinful reception is also damaging to the community.
