I object to the term cannibalistic!
Though as a faithful Lutheran, that’s a pet peeve of mine more than me going REEEEE all in your face.
Having said that, huzzah for eternal life in Jesus!
The words don’t say to eat his body. That’s cannibalistic.
It says “Eat my flesh.” Christ explained that at the Last Supper — the bread transfers into the flesh.
