On Pentecost Sunday, Fr Tymoteusz Szydło, the elder son of the Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło (54), celebrated his first Mass in the Old Rite in the church of the Holy Cross in Krakow.

Fr Szydło said to the Polish media about his relationship to his mother, "Now, the contact with my mother is a little difficult, because of her numerous responsibilities, but this is not decisive in our relationship. Mom is present in my life, she supports and accompanies me."

Nice story. Reminds me of the grandeur of Old World Christianity.

Poland, and significantly, Russia are the last great firewalls between Christianity and barbarism. We, in the west, sold out to Planned Parenthood's abortion barbarism, homosexuality and political correctness. We should thank God there are still nations openly committed to defending Christian ideals.

Hard to believe---but Putin is a devout Christian....
he always carries a cross given to him by his mother.

Putin vocally decried Christian slaughter by Muzzies in Egypt and defended Egyptian President al-Sisi in his efforts to drive the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egyptian politics. Putin backed al-Sisi's vow to rebuild the 63 churches torched by Muzzies who rampaged over Christian homes and businesses.

==============================================

Putin’s impressive debut on the NYT op-ed page announced his personally-held beliefs thusly: "......when we ask for the Lord's blessings, we must not forget that God created us equal."

This is something every Christian believes---an article of faith for Christians.....and, not coincidentally, the bedrock of our constitutional republic........

==============================================

We, the people, know we will never hear Obama say anything even remotely religious.

===========================================

Perhaps nothing more powerfully symbolizes Putin's attempt to transition back to Russia's religious heritage than the recent installation of a huge bronze statue of Vladimir the Great on Borovitskaya Ploshchad, right next to the Kremlin and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Prince Vladimir, or Vladimir the Great, also known as Saint Vladimir,
historically marks the era of Christianity after the era of paganism in Russia.

============================================

Trump has two important world allies in the fight against Islam.

Putin sent Russia's Spetsnaz special forces went on bloody revenge missions against local (Muslim) jihad units.....to punish them for atrocities against Russian troops and civilians.

Putin, a practicing Christian, is consistent----he backed Egyptian president al Sisi in throwing the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egyptian politics.

Putin also backed al Sisi when the Egyptian president vowed to rebuild the churches and Christian businesses destroyed by the Muslim savages. Onetime Egypt strongman (and Muslim Brother) Morsi has been sentenced to life in prison.
