You might also want to consider that it’s the Lord’s place to judge, not ours. Reject the arguments the offender presents, steadfast in your Christian principles. But beware that you are not doing so out of a sense of moral superiority, which is nothing more than the sin of Pride.
Be confident in your faith; let him be the doubter.

So a Catholic that is married to a Presbyterian is living in sin?

Does this include those of us who never married in the catholic church and do not intend to do so? We attend worship services with the body of Christians who follow only the Bible. Are we lost forever?
If you were never a Catholic, but validly baptized Christian marrying another validly baptized Christian with no previous marriage on either side, your marriage is valid in the eyes of the Catholic Church.

"It would be seriously wrong to help the invalidly marrying Catholic to find, rent, buy or furnish living quarters to be used after the wedding. It would be seriously wrong to offer hospitality, assistance or facilities for the honeymoon of the invalidly married Catholic."
Would this also apply to Catholic owned businesses? Would a "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy be allowed/advised?
To: who_would_fardels_bear
It applies to all Catholics.
Are you one?

How would a Catholic hotelier know that he/she is providing facilities to support a wedding and/or honeymoon for a couple in an invalid marriage?
Even if the hotelier could find out, he would be sued, and most likely sued into bankruptcy.
What is being implied is that all believing Christians need to get out of any business that could potentially support an invalid marriage. This would include: restaurants, hotels, motels, B&B's, banquet rooms, bakeries, flower shops, stores that have wedding registries, wedding dress providers, tux shops, caterers, limo drivers, travel agents, resorts, airline companies, bus operators, car rental agencies, etc.
Basically Christians would have to completely extricate themselves from the wedding industry leaving it entirely up to secular folks. Either that or be in constant threat of inadvertently providing support to an invalid wedding/honeymoon or being sued for not providing support for an invalid wedding/honeymoon.
The US used to be a Christian nation. It was quite easy to engage in pretty much any reasonable business without violating one's conscience or religious beliefs.
It now appears that due to recent Supreme Court rulings that there are fewer and fewer businesses that Christians can own or be employed by without threatening their salvation.
Even being a pharmacist is problematic if you are forced to ring up morning after pills.
This is not as simple a question as you make it out to be.

There is a video on YouTube of a woman about to be stoned to death for adultery. She begs her father in Arabic, "forgive me," which if he does she will be spared. He says "no" and she is stoned to death.
What do you think the Messiah will say at the Judgment ? I realize the posted article is from 1957. Is stoning a Catholic to death for being in an invalid marriage an option ?
Would you pick up a stone, walk away, or speak out in mercy for the condemned ?

Comparing Catholics to godless muslims is ridiculous.
Nowhere in the article did the priest mention “stoning”.
What’s your problem with 1957 Catholics?

This is not as simple a question as you make it out to be. It is, if one is a good Catholic. I'm sorry you don't understand.

May we keep up some contact with them? This sounds like shunning, a practice I do not think that the Catholic Church supported. Individual priests or bishops may have advocated it, but not church doctrine.
