They were said by a pseudo-pope. I can't believing what I'm reading. He was elected by the College of Cardinals in Church which claims inerrancy.

Papal elections are guided by the Holy Spirit. That doesn’t mean that the electors listened.
Francis isn’t Catholic. A non-Catholic is outside of the Church and can in no way be its visible head.

The Church says that Scripture is inerrant—no such claim is made for the Pope and NOBODY inside the Church has ever made tht claim for the cardinals.
