Contributions for political campaigns are recorded and monitored, and made available as public information in order to ensure transparency in the political process. The information found in these recorded contributions are closely monitored and analyzed by political parties and research organizations in order to look for trends in certain demographic groups. Oftentimes, when one files a political contribution, the donor provides information on their employer or gives some indication as to what line of work they are in. And when researchers examine various demographic groups, such as by location, job type, sex, or religion, they tend to find a diversity of contributions and opinions within each.

That is why I do not donate a red cent to them.
what is CRS?
Why is this excerpted?
Clinton Rape Services.
“what is CRS?”
Catholic Relief Services
“Why is this excerpted?”
It is a long article.
That was my question, as well. Thanks for asking.
How many bishops on the list?
Catholic Relief Services...............
How many nuns?..................
To me, it is another example of how leftists vote their ideology over religion. There are leftist politicians who say they are Christians or Catholics, but use pretzel logic to rationalize their overt support for abortion.
In this case, though, I wonder how many Catholics contribute to CRS (I didn’t know what it was either) without knowing or finding out who the funds are distributed to.
That loud clap you hear are checkbooks all over the country slamming shut.
Probably just the ones that don't wear habits.
Oh, it’s exposing liberalism within Roman Catholicism. Nothing really new at all
After the earthquake in Nepal our priest wanted to send money to CRS. He’s actively pro-life and I told him about CRS, showed him a few articles about them and asked if he could find another vehicle to get aid to Nepal.
In the end we gave nothing because every avenue we considered is tainted. About the only way you can guarantee the money isn’t spent to promote evil is go there in person and administer it yourself.
Support your local parish but never put anything into a 2nd collection mandated by the USCCB.
Luckily, we live near Mexico and personally know priests and parishes and they need plenty of help so we have an avenue for charity.
In our diocese, a % of collections go to the diocese which has given dollars to MoveOn.org and other antithethical organiations. I donate to Food for the Poor, St. Vincent de Paul and individual ministries operating through our parish.
At least ours is a separate envelope if you use envelopes. That is what I would do if ours wasn’t.
I wonder how many Catholic voters confess to having voted Democrat in the confessional?
In my Catholic extended family, we have a few hard-core democrats. The rest of us scratch our heads and wonder how they can still approach the altar.
The liberals who work the catholic charities are racist and like using abortion and birth control to get rid of black population or God hates blacks....Which would make God the first klansman...
