That’s the Word, not just the Bible. The Word is not restricted to the written word. Also, that passage shows it refers to God’s commands, not to the Bible in itself.

"The Word" (capital "W") was not yet revealed in the Old Testament. The only reference to the word in the Old testament was the written word and the words of the prophets - and many of those words (though not all of course) are written in Scripture.

"The Word" = Jesus Christ (John 1:1-5) " In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, the same was in the beginning with God..."

There is the living Word, Jesus Christ, and the written word (small case "w"). There is writing in Heaven - names written in the Lamb's Book of Life comes to mind. There are more than just God's commands which are written in heaven.

"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, ...," God's own finger wrote the 10 commandments (Exodus 31:17 & 18). Why must you conclude that the written word, aka "the Scripture," aka "The Bible" is not written down in heaven also?

Jesus Christ is "the author and finisher of our faith,..." (Hebrews 12:2) What prevents any author from ever having a copy of His own written words?

“”The Word” (capital “W”) was not yet revealed in the Old Testament.”

If it’s God’s Word, I often capitalize it. I made no reference to The Word (the Incarnate Word, Christ). Thus, everything you wrote was either moot or simply doesn’t address what I posted. The end result is the same: Psalm 119:89 says nothing about the Bible’s place in Heaven. You failed to answer Tax-chick’s question.

This has turned into an interesting discussion which is far more detailed than my rather light (though sincerely meant) comment merited.

And now, back to my regularly-scheduled domestic chaos.
