I disagree with Prager when he says that "The most dynamic religion of the last hundred years has been leftism. Not Christianity, and not Islam, but leftism."

Leftism is not dynamic. It is dishonest, deceitful and a miserable failure wherever it has been in effect.

But leftists have infiltrated the Catholic Church. And leftism is Pope Francis's religion.

Pope Francis is not a Catholic. He is not a man of God.

Pope Francis is an evil man.

I agree 100% with Prager here.

[A jazz-shaped faith is free to experiment because of the safety of the eternal word of God and the community of Jesus Christ with whom we will spend eternity.]

Gelinas, Robert (2012-10-14). Finding the Groove: Composing a Jazz-Shaped Faith (pp. 187-188).

Is the “worship” being improvised today chaotic, so-called “free” jazz expressing worship of self, or is it an expression of an individual and collective desire to seek God in the context of the melodic and rhythmic structure of God’s order — breathed into his Word?

Hmmm....

What does it mean to say that AN ECONOMY is organized around “the god of money”?

Nothing. It means nothing. It’s just noise that’s intended to sound like a thought.

Money, prices—that’s the ONLY way to organize an economy.

What does it mean to “organize an economy around people, rather than money”?

It means nothing. It’s just another noise Bergoglio makes that’s intended to sound like a thought to people as stupid as he is.

These "Pope on a Plane" impromptu speeches are kinda like a modern, informal Papal Fireside Chat crossed with a box of Cracker Jacks. You never know what you'll get.

This one quote alone is probably enough to convince me all by itself, but when combined will all of the other things he's said before?

(Said in my best Michael Buffer ring announcer's voice:)

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Children and Pets, the moment you've been waiting for....the one you've been waiting for....is finally here!!!"

"Today...one of the most anticipated events in Roman Catholicism is finally here..."
Are...You....READY?!??...
For the few in attendance and for the millions watching around the world...It's time!!
"Ladies and Gentlemen....Let's get ready to RUMBLE........"

"Presenting in the __???__'s corner...and wearing the Papal Colors...
Saint Malachy’s "Peter the Roman"!...
The one!
The only!!
The last!!......
"Petrus Romanus"!!!"

And the worldly crowd goes wild in applause!

Interesting times, huh?

Fwiw, I'm not Catholic, but I really miss Pope John Paul II.

If Christians would worry more about feeding the hungry, helping the poor, clothing the naked and visiting those in prison and less about the End Times, Rapture, and the Prosperity Gospel as preached and practiced by multimillionaire ‘pastors’ we would have a dynamic religion. It’s all fine to condemn the immoral actions of others but do so *AFTER* one has done all they can with every last bit of time and treasure to help their fellow humans.

I don’t want to hear about the evils of Gay Marriage from someone who is more concerned with the color of their next SUV than whether the poor in their city have had a decent meal in the last 24 hours. YMMV

It’s “dynamic” in that its numbers have been growing by leaps and bounds over the last 200 years or so, particularly in Europe and the Commonwealth countries, but now in the US as well.

And, to be more accurate, it’s Romanticism, as formulated and defined in the early 1800s: the four main beliefs being that feelings are more important than facts, civilization corrupts while primitive cultures are inherently pure, organized Christianity should be replaced by the worship of Nature (though Marxists replace this with the worship of economic justice), and beauty is defined by that which is bizarre, exotic, grotesque, and violent, rather than by that which is balanced, symmetrical, and centered.

The anti-Catholic heresy of modernism (which came to life following the enlightenment), which morphed into liberalism, which morphed into progressivism, can still be lumped together under the title 'leftism'.

God alone will judge whether you, I, and the Pope are evil men.

The words of this Pope do not unite as they should. He is a confused and troubled man. Pray for him.

If the Pope were a real defender of the Church he would have been at the murdered priest’s funeral and declared him a martyr for the faith. Instead he resorts to defending Islam’s war on Christianity by declaring it no different than common crimes. No different than Obama who shares the Pope’s leftist faith.

I am not catholic but I am curious-
When was the last time there was a pope as foolish as Pope Francis? He may be educated but every time he opens his mouth I think to myself, “This guy is an idiot!”
