Fine. I don’t recall in all my time at Disney World as an employee I ever met a non-American employee. They may have been there but they must have been legal.
They can very well afford to pay this family but don’t doubt that others will be looking to file suit - maybe ‘cause lightening struck while they were climbing out of that clean and alligator-free pool that overruns Disney World hotels.
Sadly, I remember when conservatives and republicans believed in tort reform. The younger ‘conservatives’ believe, along with leftists, that you get as you can you steal.
You obviously have not read the news thatDisney fired its IT department, replaced them with H1b workers, and in order to get severance pay the American workers had to train their replacements. Trump has used this Disney H1b issue in his campaign.
This pond was not a natural pond, but a man made pond by Disney. Since it is a man made pond surrounding a resort ( with beach chairs )you should expect a safe environment. This was not a natural feature. By placing beach chairs around the pond, they made an attractive nuisance.
There are a lot of frivolous lawsuits out there, but Disney showed sheer disregard for visitor safety.
