As the body count continues to rise in the Pulse nightclub shooting let us pause to pray both for the recently dead and the wounded families that survive them.

Thanks for this - great counter to the sickos that ignore that it was Human Lives of God's Children that were destroyed here.
Listened to an old Donna Fargo song today that gave me pause - "You can't be a beacon if your light don't shine. There's a little light in all of us by God's design....."
Funny how something can come out of obscurity to convict one of not being who the Lord intended and hopes for.

We have special music at our church this morning, so instead of playing the organ I am sitting in the back, reading Lamentations. God is faithful, even when we are faithless. May His comfort be on the afflicted, and may our hearts be turned towards His.
I’m sitting rocking my daughter to sleep and I had the same thought. Many of these people in this gay club were living a sinful life when they were gunned down. May the Lord have mercy on them.
Pray for them, but I have no doubt by next week if not a few days from now, the media and the GOP treasonists will be back to business as usual calling Trump racist every 3 seconds.

Many, many straight women go to gay clubs, because we like the music and just want to dance and NOT hook up with random men. You might find less sin there, not more.

Please dear Gd heal completely those who are wounded in this attack. Please comfort the loved ones of those who lost their lives. Please help us achieve peace in our communities and country. We need divine help now. Please help guide our leaders to praise good and fight evil. Please help us be strong enough to do what is needed.
