Usually Fr. Pope's videos are superb, or at least apropos. This seems to be one exception. It mixes the grim and somber scenes from the Crucifixion with a boppy Jesusy pop song of some sort. In the first 10 seconds I thought it was a parody, then realized it was just an incredibly bad matching of audio track to video.

Fr. Pope's words are always good. Video stank.

Most of his videos are classics or traditional Gospel pieces. (I usually don’t have time to watch them.) I expect he chose this for the video, not the audio.

I think he instructed us in watching the video to notice the different ways that Jesus looked at us.

I saw all kinds of emotions, but watch the eyes of Jesus. Wow!
