A British father has been banned from taking his son to a church after the boy's Muslim mother won a controversial court order preventing the boy from attending.
The father a non-practising Muslim who has forged close connections to his local Christian community and is divorced from the boy's mother has been warned that he could be denied access to the nine-year-old if he attempts to take him to church or to a leisure centre it runs.
Now the father, who was born in the UK to Pakistani parents, is challenging the ruling made by District Judge Williscroft at Derby County Court earlier this month.

Recall that the Church of England is a state church with the Crown at its head. So this is even worse, for it appears that the Crown no longer cares enough to defend its own church.
All he has to say to her is:
I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you. problem solved.
In Shariah law, the Muslim partner is superior to the non-Muslim one.
So a Christian woman married to a Christian man could annul the marriage by converting to Islam - and as the Muslim parent, kept the children, at least if not or until he converted to Islam to become dominant again.
And if it is two Muslims and one converts to Christianity, in traditional Shariah law, the non-Muslim one is killed. It is illegal in those nations for a Muslim woman to even marry a non-Muslim man.
In Islamic law, if he had converted to Christianity and didn’t renounce it, the mother would be the dominant one because she was Muslim.
Their entire legal system privileges Islam in order to have a hundred reasons to convert to it.
Muslim Fathers in Muslim countries control the child’s faith. If he was born a Muslim and the father is Muslim then the children are Muslim. Except it appears in the UK, the Mothers religion rules by this Judge’s ruling.
There is no supplication to Muslims that the British will not force.
Seems like the British have a death wish or some sort of
condition - Stockholm Syndrome?
Blessings flow from God to the Husband to the Wife to the children. This not only cuts off the husband/father, but in weighing the two religions, one demands the children honor the mother and the father and the judge banned that one in favor of a religion that calls for the death of the father.
The consequences are already being manifested in the child, who sees his father as having a black heart.
This is parental alienation at its worst and it is shameful of the judge to have ordered an unchecked continuation of the same.
Nope. How sad people jump to kneejerk conclusions.
No it isn’t, despite stupidity like this.
The Crown (thankfully) is a figurehead without real power.
