Infiltration of the enemy is easily contained through prayer and entreated Favor and truly in this move my Spirit shall move speedily on your behalf so that the proud are humbled and the rebellious are removed as Absalom for I AM here to cut the head off the strongman as David did to Goliath.
So do not fear their size or number for truly you ARE a Child of God !
2 Samuel 18:14-17 (AMPC)
14 Joab said, I will not tarry thus with you. He took three darts in his hand and thrust them into the body of Absalom while he was yet alive in the midst of the oak.
15 And ten young men, Joabâs armor-bearers, surrounded and struck Absalom and killed him.
16 Then Joab blew the trumpet, and the troops returned from pursuing Israel, for Joab restrained and spared them.
17 They took Absalom and cast him into a great pit in the forest and raised a very great heap of stones upon him. And all Israel fled, everyone to his own home.
1 Samuel 17:51
51 Then David ran and stood beside him. He took Goliathâs sword out of its holder and killed him by cutting off his head.
Romans 8:31
31 What then shall we say to [all] this? If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?]
“Allow God to ...”
I stopped reading on seeing those words.
How foolish to think one could willfully resist God. Even though the bible complains about people doing it, this has to be nonsense! /s
How foolish to think one could overcome the strongman and open the door to Christ.
Is that the claim? Since you stopped reading, you can’t know it. All you can do is mock.
>>âAllow God to ...â
>>I stopped reading on seeing those words.
A better way to phrase it is “Stop inviting the strongmen into your life so you can better see what God is doing on his own.”
The concept of us “allowing” God to do something is silly. Sometimes people really mean it, but they usually say it because it is “church-speak” that they are taught to use when they want to sound pious.
David knew that God went before him into battle. But those battles were ordained by God and David was following orders.
On a national level submission is key. God has gone before the boots on the ground who submitted but the government has not and thus the wars fought have been political losses.
