Khan started World Hijab Day to build empathy for this perspective and to encourage non-Muslims, and Muslims who don't normally wear a hijab, to try it out. The Arabic word hijab refers not just to a headscarf but to modest dress and behavior in general.

You can take your shroud and stay the H-e-double hockey sticks out of my country and my area of the planet. They look like a walking corpse when wearing them.

Covering up their faces and bodies is a GOOD thing for many of them. Not all women on this good earth are young, slender, good-figured and attractive.

Modesty isnât covering your hair up which according to The Bible is a womanâs glory. For a women to be beautiful isnât a shame. It is a shame when a woman is immodest and exploits sexuality in inappropriate ways. A woman being beautiful shouldnât cause a decent man âproblemsâ unless she is being immodest. You said it.
YOUNG men, however, are hard-wired a bit differently than older men and women. They...well, you know what I mean.

Saudi women's passport had them with their veil ON.
UNCLEAR on the concept.
Things might be different now. One would hope.

To be followed by World Stoning Day.

I agree with what you said, and stated very well. Women used to wear scarves on their head all the time. Modest dress and demeanor was the sign one was a lady or gentleman.
To: KC_Lion
I think I’ll start World Bikini Day so the Muslims can try it out.

They're either encouraging women to dress like hookers for their tastes or to completely cover up because of muslims. They can't possibly co-exist.
