Whoever did this video were amateurs. Didn’t anyone notice that the narrator’s mouth was too close to the microphone? With those exploding P’s, she sounds like a typical conservative talk show host.
Achieving optimal mouth-microphone separation must take decades of practiced study. It’s the first and only thing I tend to notice.
