Seriously, I’d never follow any religion that puts a stamp of approval on the Muslims and puts Islam in first place.

1. This section of the Catechism is in reference to the Church's relationship with nonChristians.
2. Moslems are mentioned after the Jews. They are only first among the Gentiles who are not (yet) Christians.
3. Both the Jewish people and their religion, "the Jewish faith" are mentioned with approval before the Muslims are introduced.
4. Only the Moslem people are mentioned next, not their religion, and that they profess to hold the faith of Abraham and with us adore and worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

If you’re thinking that you worship the same god as Muslims then that’s some stinking thinking. No offenses of course.

But Why would you even get involved with a religion that claims to worship the same god as Muslims?

I’d rather be dead that worship that demon.
