My recommendation is can goods and dry goods like beans and rice. Chicken and beef stock and gravy mixes. Don't get fancy at this late date don't go spending a lot of money of fancy dehydrated/freeze dry meals. Store what you eat so that you will eat what you store. Meals that are simple and filling.
