It’s time to stop picking each other apart and to start healing our differences so we can present a united front to the world. I do not understand the Mary thing, but as a very small child I went through a terrible ordeal and was the only surviver, my little toddler Protestant self came out with a MAJOR fixation on Mary. I’m not so arrogant to imagine that I know what God will and won’t do, or where His whimsy will take us, I’m just grateful for His mercy, kindness, and direction. I think we will pay a very high cost if we slander the faith of other believers.

God does tell us how we are to approach him. It is in a collection of books called The Bible. That is the point of all this.

You do know that the Pope has pro-Gay leanings, is anti-gun, anti-big business, and is fully entrenched in the Al Gore globull warming crowd, don’t you?

So what is the united front we should embrace?

You mean, speak the truth? Slander is a very strong word to use in place of "dispute" or "speak in disagreement with".

Who is this "we" to whom you refer? All the American citizens?

What is important are the souls that will leave here and have hell as their "home"
