I made no slap at conservatives. I am simply pointing out where and why I disagree with the article, using an imaginary event in which the situation is reversed in order to illustrate my second point.
Yeah, conservatives as the bad guys.
A little more than half of those who self-identify as Catholics vote democrat...
And, nearly every homily I've heard over the past 5 years is part of the reason.
For goodness sakes, where did I say that?

**”And if any Catholic on the USSC were to allow his Catholic faith to influence a decision with which many conservatives disagreed, those conservatives would be all over him for allowing his faith to influence his decision!”**
Why attack pro-marriage conservatives with a false accusation, to defend gay marriage voting Catholics?
The judges don’t say that they are voting for, or against, Catholic doctrine do they?

it’s like responding to a brick wall...or a prerecorded message...he just keeps saying the same thing over and over...

Most of the homiles I’ve heard in the three years I’ve been Cathomc were so light and fluffy they reminded me of those commercials where the little bear has toilet tissue stuck in his fur.
That should be, "Catholic"
Someone who works from a list of canned "divide and conquer" talking points.
How is this bashing anyone? I assumed at the begining that you had misunderstood my comment or intent, but now I am just confused.
