I think we need to be reminded to pray for even the worst sinners. This is a requirement of the virtue of Hope, as well as a constant feature of Jesus’ precepts and example. He prayed for the guys who were pounding in the nails and murdering their Lord and God!

Jesus prayed for Peter to be converted.
He prayed for God to forgive His executioners because they did not know what they were doing. They were just following orders, according to plan.
Did He pray for Judas Iscariot?
Miley Cyrus knows exactly what she is doing. She is spitting at God, His plan of salvation, and His Savior, the Messiah.
Clearly, she is not being disciplined by The Father, as a child of God would, were he/she His.
"But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons" (Heb. 12:8 AV).
Of course, I don't want to see anyone in Hell, but it's a choice for those headed there.
