On Sunday, March 15, as Christian churches around the world were celebrating morning mass, two churches in Pakistan—one Catholic, one Protestant—were attacked [3] by Islamic suicide bombers. At least 17 people were killed and over 70 wounded.

The Taliban claimed responsibility. It is believed that the group had hoped for much greater death tolls, as there were almost 2,000 people in both churches at the time of the explosions.

According to eyewitnesses, two suicide bombers approached the gates of the two churches and tried to enter them. When they were stopped—including by a 15-year-old Christian youth who blocked them with his body—the Islamic jihadis self-detonated. Witnesses saw [4] “body parts flying through the air.”

According to an official statement [5] of the Justice and Peace Commission of the Episcopal Conference of Pakistan, despite all the threats received by the churches, authorities only provided “minimal” security.

As in other Muslim-majority nations, churches in Pakistan are under attack. On September 22, 2013, in Peshawar, Islamic suicide bombers entered the All Saints Church right after Sunday mass and blew themselves up in the midst of approximately 550 congregants, killing nearly 90 worshippers. Many were Sunday school children, women, and choir members. At least 120 were injured.

I suggest that the churches all over America gear up and train for inoming jihadists that I think willt visit our shores within the near future. We are prepared and have learned that even a split second hesitation can result in many deaths so we are ready to do whatever it takes to protect ourselves. Its only set in place for our own self-defense.

And yet we are told the terrorists are attacking us “because we are in the Middle East.” So, why they are attacking churches in other countries, if that is what it’s all about?

Islam has ALWAYS maintained a Jihad upon all other religions. From time to time, they may be conciliatory to the EXISTENCE of other religious philosophies, but since the time that Mohammed and his followers fled Mecca for Medina (in 622 AD), and the reconquest of Mecca (in 630), the latter parts of the Koran emphasized a “never again” attitude. Ever since, the Muslims have followed a “first strike” policy, sweeping into town and offering its inhabitants a choice of three: Convert, and become a believing, practicing Muslim; surrender to the supremacy of Islam and become the slave to be ordered about by the Noble Islamic Gentlemen; or if neither of the first two choices offered appeals to the individual, that person is declared “Kafir”, an “unbeliever”, and is subject to execution on the spot, often by beheading, but since the advent of firearms, a bullet to the base of the skull suffices just as well.

And even being the “wrong kind” of Muslim can get you murdered by other Muslims. Tolerance is NOT their strong suite.

However, they do respect those who will counter their swift and murderous onslaughts with a counter-attack that results in a majority, or all, of their contingent being wiped out. For that reason ISIS is DEATHLY afraid of the armed Kurds, and especially the Kurdish women, who are particularly unmerciful toward ISIS. They take no captives.

I will just say this. If they attempt to harm anyone in our church they will think several platoons just pulled up. No mercy will be shown because we trust nithing that comes out if their mouth. The only thing that could change that decision is intervention by the Holy Spirit to spare them.
