What does that even mean? The state/church is obligated to supply a child who has lost his mother with another one?

I like what he said. every child does have a right to grow up with a mother and father. I didn’t read anything about the state being involved at all.
it is a slap in the face to liberals. good for him.

I suspect that it means Heather doesn't really have two mommies. She was conceived by a father and a mother, and has every right to the attention and nurturance of both.

What do you mean? ‘What does it mean?’

It means that people, if they procreate, must provide the children with a stable loving home that abides within natural law, as has been the case throughout the history of civilization asproscribed by the creator of marriage to do otherwise reaps terrible consequences we’ve seen over the past 50 years since the advent of accepting artificial birth control

Duh
