I think in the end though it still comes down to faith.and there’s been many a time when I blame God for troubles that I have gotten myself into and other times when I have not giving him praise for the good things that have happened to me

Sometimes we need chastening. It was the Father's whippings that brought me back to my senses!

"For whom the Lord loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives."
- Hebrews 12:6

I think in the end though it still comes down to faith.

The miracles were God's way of testifying to the truth of the gospel, to produce faith.

"...how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?" - Hebrews 2:3-4

They're recorded so that we can believe:

"And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." - John 20:30-31

Yes, it comes down to faith. Do you have faith in God? Or do you have the faith of God?
