the persecution can turn bloody quickly. what happens if a person refuses to pay a court ordered fine? Can they get arrested? If they resist can police use force? I’m thinking about the lady who was find $135,000. and will the penalty be upped from a fine to prison in the future?
Once a judge gets ahold of you, you are pretty much a pawn of the system. You can pay, or if you can’t, you can declare bankruptcy. if you refuse to pay, the court will send people over to take possession of your property and sell it. They will use all force necessary.
