Dutch, your posts says nothing about good Friday or easter..

I think it is a fair question since you did say early in a post about things that Rome ‘peddles’ unless I misread the post,

If you don’t believe in good Friday or easter Sunday, you didn’t post it here.

I just made the point that good Friday and easter Sunday are Roman doctrines too..

If you have a specific post from time immemorial where you blasted good Friday and easter Sunday, copy and paste it to a reply to me and I will apologize.
until then, I will assume with your first post to me that you dont really have a problem with those roman holy days,

Hence, my original post about Protestant daughters when they may ‘enjoy’ days set aside. Those aren’t protestant days,. Those are roman days..

And it gets really uncomfortable for a protestant when they are in attack mode on Roman catholiscm to then have to defend Roman catholism.
But it is exactly why I posted what I posted, when I posted..

And I needed only your first reply to see you are selective about what you will bash Rome over the head with.

But again, if there is some past post in an unrelated topic that you bashed Rome for teaching good Friday and easter Sunday. I will be willing to admit I assumed too much from your first reply to me..
.

Now we are getting somewhere. I support none of the Roman "holy days" with respect to honoring Rome. Rome is a cult as surely as Scientology...they just have a different Mother Ship. And, no, I am not uncomfortable with any of this. Think what you will, but even focusing on the days as you are, you are granting more attention to Rome than is proper.

I don't "bash" Rome...I point out that it is an errant cult. This is a sincere attempt to help RCs see that there is significant difference between the biblical message (the real Word from God) and the doctrinal malaise of religion promulgated by Rome. We are calling those enmeshed in Rome's traditions and idolatries out into the light of Jesus, alone...if He permits them to do so. Unlimited divine determinism is the biblical picture painted.
