Cruz's strong Zionism combined with traditional views on social issues is a 'natural fit' for Orthodox Jews in the U.S.
Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, a hardline conservative and practicing Southern Baptist, is carving out a niche with Orthodox Jews — a "potentially winnable slice of an otherwise deeply Democratic demographic," Politico website reports.
“I share a great many values with the Jewish community and the Orthodox community,” Cruz told Politico in a phone interview. “Chief among them is a passionate dedication to strengthening our friendship and alliance with the nation of Israel.”
Combing a strong Zionist approach with traditional views on social issues is "a dynamic that makes Cruz a natural fit" for Orthodox Jews, Politico writes.
“Senator Cruz started earlier than everyone else, so he’s probably had more contact in the community than anyone else,” said Phil Rosen, a New York lawyer who was a major fund raiser for Mitt Romney....

It’s not just his experience, but his values, his idelogoy, Hus stance on issues that concern us.
Ted makes a stand and is not afaid to stick to his principles come hell or high water.
He is showing true leadership and love for our country.
The time will be fast upon us for time of choosing to stand behind one candate who will lead us to the path of victory.
We need to coalesce behind one candate soon or else we will have the same feasco as we did in the last 2 election cycles.
There is no other choice other than Ted Cruz..

No. The idea is to elect someone that can and will stand up to liberals, even in their own party. Will Walker do that?

We need Cruz calling the shots in the White House. His ability to do this will become clear to the majority of Americans as this election goes forward.
This is one reason we don’t need all these other people jumping in and splitting the vote for Jeb.

Only state close enough for Jewish votes to matter is Florida. But the population there is older and more committed to Democrats than younger and more religious Jews. Jewish money and brainpower is somewhat more evenly split already. Sometimes you just do things because they’re right things to do.
