at the last supper didn't Jesus order us to repeat the last meal in remembrance of Him....Catholics do so in the Mass. Eat the bread and drink the wine as his body and blood...and I am not Catholic..just know why there is communion.. Some Lutheran churches also do this but the church I went to as a youth, they only did it once a month. Both the bread and wine was passed to each person...
